• CP has been a part of the community for 69 years!
• CP provides services for more than 2,100 infants, children and adults every year throughout 14 counties.
• CP is an independent non-profit organization, not affiliated with any national group. Money raised in the area stays in the area.
• CP helps people with a variety of conditions, not only Cerebral Palsy. Other conditions include Down syndrome, seizure disorders, autism and spina bifida. Some clients have rare and even undiagnosed conditions.
• Adult Day Services is CP’s largest program, serving 220 adults in Green Bay and locations in Kimberly and Two Rivers. 
• Each week, 300+ clients are served by Therapy Services, which includes physical, occupational, speech and aquatic physical therapy.
• CP Early Education & Care is an inclusive childcare program where kids with and without disabilities learn and play together. CP just opened a second childcare location in Suamico in April of 2022!
