CP has been a part of the community for 69 years!

CP provides services for more than 2,100 infants, children and adults every year throughout 14 counties.

CP is an independent non-profit organization, not affiliated with any national group. Money raised in the area stays in the area.

CP helps people with a variety of conditions, not only Cerebral Palsy. Other conditions include Down syndrome, seizure disorders, autism and spina bifida. Some clients have rare and even undiagnosed conditions.

Adult Day Services is CP’s largest program, serving 220 adults in Green Bay and locations in Kimberly and Two Rivers. 

Each week, 300+ clients are served by Therapy Services which includes physical, occupational, speech and aquatic physical therapy.

CP Early Education & Care is an inclusive childcare program where kids with and without disabilities learn and play together. CP just opened a second childcare locaiton in Suamico in April of 2022!
