I am very excited to be participating in the 69th Annual CP Telethon with Schneider! Generous donors make it possible for CP to help countless infants, children and adults with disabilities through innovative and engaging programming and services that help them meet their goals and go way beyond what they thought possible.
As you know, CP is near and dear to me as one of my handsome boys, Gavin, has diplegic CP.
